Hello Players...Well it has been a busy 2 1/2 weeks. A little over 2 weeks ago we made the trip to Hell Survivors in Michigan for the Michigan Monster Game. That was a blast. There were over 1300 players each day making for some exciting and fun paintball action. Blue's Crew played on the red side and our General was "Mechanic." I have some great footage from that event that will be up on the website very soon. The red team got its butts handed to them the first day, at least in points, even though it seemed like we dominated the field. The second day, the red team locked down the whole field, making it nearly impossible for the yellow team to go anywhere. We captured all of the base insertions except for one, and basically kept yellow in one place for the whole day on Sunday. In the end, the red team pulled out a tough win, for its second straight in as many years. Blue's Crew went home with the Sportsmanship award, which is voted on by the referee staff at the event. A big thank you to Dave and Kelly Massey, and to their wonderful ref staff and crew for another great event at Hell Survivors. To check out more info on their field go to: www.hellsurvivors.com

The following week Blue and I headed up to the Speedie Festival in Binghamton, NY. We set up one of our Blue's Crew tents, the Castle Conquest DVD on the flat screen and talked about EMR with all the wonderful people that attended this event. I think I forgot to mention all of the great food that we had the chance to try at the festival. The Speedie Festival is a collection of all the great restaurants in Broome County and upstate NY, where they come to showcase all the great food that they make over a 3 day weekend. There is a lot more to it than that as the event draws over 70,000 people. There was a volleyball tournament, car show, balloon rides, 100's of vendors as well as great entertainment with music, bands and fireworks all weekend.

While Blue and I were setting up at the Speedie Festival on Friday, Dead Guy was getting ready for our Pumper's Pandemonium V at E.M.R. Paintball Park. The game was hosted at E.M.R. but was produced by one of E.M.R.'s and Blue's Crew's own, Dan "Joisey, Kasper, Peaches" Kasper, who 's current nickname would be Joisey. The event drew over 170 pump and stock class players to make for a wonderful game. Everyone seemed to have a really good time at this event and are looking forward to it again next year. I have footage from this game and will have it up on the site shortly. Carter Brown, from Carter's Commandos also contributed to the coverage by sending me a lot of great pictures from the event. A big thank you to Joisey, Carter, Dead Guy and AJ for running a great event.

Last but not least, Blue's Crew just got back from a trip to Top Gun, in NJ, were we helped celebrate their 20th anniversary at their Alamo game. The game play was fantastic, as always. There were some crazy battles as no one wanted to give up any real estate during the game. A big thank you to Karl, Jim and Karl Jr. for putting on such a wonderful event. We look forward to this event every year. I will have more info on this event coming soon as well as some awesome video clips. For more info on Top Gun games, please go to: www.topgunpaintball.com

Keep posted and check back often. Until then, keep shooting faces...Deuce
